Super Skillz™ gathers information directly (when you provide information on various pages of and indirectly (through site’s technology).Some of the collection methods are described below. Super Skillz™ collects information (directly) from you when you voluntarily share information with us. We provide access to information, web-links, whitepapers, brochures, presentations and opportunities to register and participate in surveys. We specify what information we need and why we require it. It is upto you whether to share that information or not. Collecting information through cookies and other technologies is a type of collecting information (directly). We generally do not seek to collect your personal information. In case we do request for your sensitive information we will share with you why we require that information. We may also collect some sensitive data incidentally. By consenting to share this information with us you are consenting to our use of the data as applicable by Laws mentioned in this privacy statement. Super Skillz™ reserves the right to use the data as may be the legal right to use the data in the interest of Super Skillz™ as may be deemed necessary.

If we have any information about you then you have the right to access, modify or correct that information if inaccurate.

Data Security

We take appropriate measures to maintain data security either directly or through our service vendors. You must understand the open nature of internet is such that information may flow over networks with or without security measures and information may be accessed or used by unauthorised third parties. We hope that you have read our Privacy Policy and now feel assured in accessing our website. We strive to offer you Super Skillz™ services and tools and want to maintain your PRIVACY, so that you enjoy using our services with a peace of mind. Service Guidelines and Terms
  1. Applicant/client is requested to read and understand the terms & conditions, before making payment/accepting service.
  2. Super Skillz™ is a knowledge/skills provider only and is not engaged in/deals with or guarantee/provide any job placement.
  3. The applicant/client shall certify that the information/data supplied by it to Super Skillz™ is accurate and correct.
  4. Subscription and services are not transferable i.e. it is for the same person through out the period of subscription.
  5. Registration, program fees and subscription fees once paid are not refundable.
  6. All payments to be cleared within 15 days of release of Super Skillz™ invoice.
  7. Delayed/non payments are charged interest @ 20% p.a. Non payments will result in cancellation of service.
  8. All payments are valid for a maximum of 60 days only. Applicant/client must accept Super Skillz™ services within 60 days of maing payment. Super Skillz™ services are not valid/ applicable after 60 days of making payment.
  9. Incase, the service delivery is late or delayed the applicant/client is not entitled for any compensation or reduction in charges.
  10. If services are cancelled by Super Skillz™ for any unforseen reasons, the applicant/client is entitled to a max. of 75% refund on pro-rata basis only.
  11. Cancellation statement will get issued by Super Skillz™; refund claim needs to be filed by applicant. Refunds will be issued between 30 days to 45 days.
  12. Super Skillz™ accepts no liability for any loss/damage, monetarily or otherwise occurred to the applicant/client during service delivery because of delay, absenteeism or any unforseen circumstances.
  13. The applicant/client undertakes not to cause/do any act, deed or thing prohibited by law or opposed to public policy and abide by all the laws, rules, regulations, guidelines of the govt./institute/local body/Super Skillz™ etc.
  14. No agent or employee of the firm has any authority to vary or alter in any way the above mentioned terms & conditions.
  15. All disputes arising out of the transactions between a user and Super Skillz™ will be resolved in accordance with the laws of India as applicable.
  16. All Disputes arising out of the transactions between a user and Super Skillz™ will be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts situated in Delhi alone.
  17. Super Skillz™, SS, and Super Skillz Management Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. are used interchangeably and are synonymous.

 Training  Services 

  1. Applicant/client understands the limitations of attending a web seminar as compared to a classroom training session.
  2. Multiple participants are not allowed to attend a webinar from a single computer/workstation.
  3. SS will make the final decision(s) on the date/timings/venue for the programs at it’s sole discretion.
  4. SS may confirm program timings via email or telephone 24 hrs prior to the start of the program.
  5. After successful completion of the programme Super Skillz™ will issue a certificate on graded basis at it’s sole discretion.
  6. Applicant/client to maintain 100% attendance throughout the program to ensure effectiveness and learning during the program(s).
  7. Applicant/client is responsible to ensure compliance with the timings of the program(s).
  8. SS does not grant rights to anyone to record a Super Skillz™ webinar/classroom program(s).Applicant/client understands that it is illegal to record/distribute Super Skillz™ program(s)/copyright content for personal or commercial use. Legal action will be initiated against violators.
  9. SS reserves the right to cancel the participant registration/ subscription without refund – non compliance to terms /delayed or non payment/ recording of webinar/classroom programs/allowing multiple participants to attend the webinar from their computer.
  10. Applicant/client will participate in webinar /classroom program without any disturbance/annoyance and will abide by/observe the rules, regulations, and guidelines of the Super Skillz™ tutor/instructor/institute/organisation.
  11. The User of these services does not claim any copyright or other Intellectual Property Right over the data uploaded by him/her on the website.

Study Abroad Services 

  1. Applicant/client understands the admission eligibility guidelines and SS service terms before making application, sharing doucments or payments towards our services.
  2. SS may charge / change the consultation fees as per it’s sole discretion.
  3. If Invitation Letter is not secured by SS, then the initial payment is returned in to applicant/client after subtracting – a) minimum of 5% SS administrative fees and b) any service tax fees already deposited with Govt.
  4. If applicant/client cancels services after making payments for getting ‘invitation letter from foreign university’ within 60 days, then only maximum of 50% of payment is refunded.The actual amount to be refunded will be decided by SS on its sole discretion.
  5.  SS does not claim to represent/ have a tie up with  any particular foreign university.
  6. SS does not offer to generate an invitation letter from the university within any specific timeframe or from any particular university. SS will try and secure an invitation letter as per availability of seats only.
  7. SS will not be liable for any delays, loss or damage arising because of failure/ delay to procure/courier an invitation letter or  for documentation matters such as – certification, stamping, translation, attestation, apostille, legalisation by govt departments, foreign embassies in India and any loss of documents. SS will not be responsible for any loss of documents through courier and   SS will not compensate the Applicant/client for any such losses.
  8. SS will not accompany Applicant/Client to foreign university or be liable for any damages involved during foreign travel of applicant/clients. SS might make use of local contractual representatives of SS as per requirements only. Applicant/ Client is expected to make themselves fully aware of International travel/visa/custom/border agency/ university rules and regulations.
  9. When SS accepts soft copies of documents from applicant/client, SS cannot return the documents back to the Applicant/Client. Hard Copies or original documents may be  shared by the applicant/Client on their discretion and Applicant/Client will liable for any loss and they will not hold SS liable for any damages or loss.
  10. SS will try and ensure security and safeguarding of all documents shared by the Applicant/Client.
  11. Applicant/client is responsible to ensure compliance with the timelines of the services to ensure timely action by SS.
  12. SS does not grant rights to anyone to record our communications with universities. Applicant/client understands that it is illegal to record/distribute Super Skillz™ service (s)/copyright content for personal or commercial use. Legal action will be initiated against violators.
  13. SS reserves the right to cancel the applicant/ client services at its own discretion without any refund – for any non compliance to terms /delayed or non payments/ sharing false information about application/Client.
  14. Applicant/client will attend the university course without any disturbance/annoyance and will abide by/observe the rules, regulations, and guidelines of the foreign institute.
  15. The User of these services does not claim any copyright or other Intellectual Property Right over the data uploaded by him/her on the website.

 Job Portal 

  1. Super Skillz™ Job portal is a free service of posting resume/profile online for candidates seeking a job.
  2. Job Portal services for /job listers/recruiters/corporate/companies/clients is a paid service.
  3. Website visitors/readers are recommended to make all enquiries and seek appropriate advice before acting on any listed profile of job listing appearing on the job portal.
  4. SS does not vouch for any claims made by the advertisers of jobs and profiles  and shall not be held liable for any damages, loss, consequences, suffered by any person on account of relaying such job posts or profiles
  5. SS reserves its right to reject any insertion or information/data provided by the applicant/client without assigning any reason and also reserves its right to decide the duration time and the expiration dates of these posts/listings.
  6. SS will commence providing services to job listers only upon receipt of amount/charges.
  7. The User of these services does not claim any copyright or other Intellectual Property Right over the data uploaded by him/her on the website

Resume Development

  1. Super Skillz™ Resume development is a paid service.
  2. The applicant/client shall give reasonable time to Super Skillz™ for development of resumes.
  3. SS resume development does not offer to finish/complete resume development in any stipulated time period.
  4. The subscription amount once paid for by the applicant/clients is not refundable and all amount(s) paid on behalf of the applicant/client shall stand appropriated.
  5. The liability, if any, of Super Skillz™ is limited to the extent of the amount paid by the applicant/client.
  6. The applicant/client must respond to the queries raised (sent by email) by Super Skillz™ within 7 days of such a query being raised failing which, SS shall stand absolved of all its obligation, if any.
  7. SS offers no guarantee nor warranties that there would be a satisfactory response or any response at all once the resume is developed and used by the applicant/client to apply for jobs.
  8. SS reserves its right to reject any insertion or information/data provided by the applicant/client without assigning any reason, but in such an eventuality, any amount so paid for, shall be refunded to the applicant/client on a pro-rata basis at the sole discretion of SS.
  9. SS will commence providing services only upon receipt of amount/charges upfront either from applicant/client or from a third party on behalf of the applicant/client.
  10. The User of these services does not claim any copyright or other Intellectual Property Right over the data uploaded by him/her on the website.


 Member Obligations and Terms

We do not own or handle/hold any of the views, goods and services listed by members/non-members on our websites. As a result, we cannot verify or endorse the quality, safety, or legality of the posted content, or the truth or accuracy of any other content posted by users on our site.

You are solely responsible for your information, and we act as a passive conduit for your online distribution and publication. Your information (or content) includes any information you provide to us or other members during the registration or posting process, in any public message area or through any email feature, including all text descriptions and/or photographs, digital images, or renderings of your items and services. Members and non-members posting such information/material are not allowed to delete any information/material from the website once it has been posted/published.

No Spamming or No Automated Querying

Members found posting multiple/repeat posts, comments or spamming will be banned from the reserves the right to ban a member from further registration or publication of online classifieds without assigning any reason or giving any prior notice.

Posting multiple posts is allowed provided the content/subject is different or unique. We do not allow posting of repeat posts (similar content/subject) the same day. Posts may be repeated if posted again the next day.

You may not send automated queries of any sort to’s system without express permission in advance from Note that “sending automated queries” includes, among other things
